Product Review: Another Dependable Norelco Trimmer

I have used Norelco beard trimmers for at least the past 10 years. I have always been happy in the past and the T980 is no exception to that. Enhancements that my old Norelco didn't have include the turbo vacuum, which works well at containing the mess and the separate moustache trimmer, which worked well. Also, despite what many have written, I did not find the turbo vacuum to be excessively loud and the zoom length definitely *locked* into place at #3. All-in-all, another winner from Norelco!Product Review: As advertised

I have a fairly thick beard. This trimmer delivers as advertised. It is powerful, holds a great charge and the vacuum feature works as designed. The vacuum keeps me from cleaning the sink of hair so it doesn't go down the drain. I have tried several trimmers over the last ten years - Wahl, Panasonic, an older Norelco - this is the best by far. Great value. I highly recommend it.Product Review: Awesome

This shaver is amazing. I've used quite a few shavers, and this one has been the best so far. The Turbo setting is *kind* of loud, but honestly, a shaver is loud regardless.
The vacuum is great as well. My fiancé used to whine about the hair on the sink after I shaved, so I looked for a better one, and saw this. It was even cheaper on Amazon than in Walmart.
I highly recommend this shaver. If you're thinking of getting a new one, you might as well go all out and get the good one that is going to last a long time.

Closest setting is really short, like a stubble slightly longer than average 5 o'clock shadow. Like a second day length for me. Still drops a few trimmings on regular mode but not much. So far its perfect for keeping an even tamed beast on my mug.
