This product is fine. But the manufacturer is an idiot - they packaged it in hard plastic that was the most difficult package I have ever tried to open in my life (now 76 years). I cut myself three times and had to use shop shears to open the damn thing. For an inexpensive thing such as a nose hair trimmer? Who steals those? Please be sure that NORELCO gets this comment - not the retailer, who tells me he has had the same problem with one he bought for his son. I've used NORELCO razors exclusively since 1965 but this miserable experience tells me that the next one might just well be from another manufacturer. I am furious. It worked well on the first use, but after sitting in a drawer for one week it is dead. I tried a new battery, but this thing is dead. I'll never buy another product made by Phillips Norelco.
