Avoid this product! It worked great the first use. Two weeks later, I went to use it and it was completely dead. Replaced the battery with new and still dead. Not worth the hassle of returning but makes me cautious of Philips products.Product Review: Feedback on the product Norelco NT9110

Overall I like the product. The only design element I did not like is the process to open the unit to install the battery. Very similar to the on/off functions. My dad noted when I was around 25 that I had the nose hairs of a 50 year old, I'd laugh if it wasn't true. Now half way through my thirties its a real quality of life issue for me to keep those little hairs at bay. I've tried the rotary type trimmer and plucking and this has them beat hands down. There have been some complaints of durability but as well as this thing works for me I'd gladly buy one every few months, especially for the price. Give it a punt, if you've had a hard time with the rotary style trimmers this may been the one you've been waiting for. I will say its a little tricky getting into the tip of the nose but give it a few passes from different angles and you'll get it.Product Review: Finally! A trimmer that is fast! I have tried many trimmers in the past, and usually you have to pass over the hair a dozen times before it enters the little slots to cut anything. But not this one! It is fast and quick! Also, the eyebrow trimmer is very reliable at trimming the eyebrows to a single length. (A significant age cue for older men is unkempt eyebrows.) The ability to simply wash it off in water keeps it fresh and clean.Product Review: Finally, One That Works

I've had the NT9110 only a short time so I can't attest to its reliability but the product does work! It is very effective at trimming hair in the nostrils and ears. The two other products I've tried including a Conair Model 1530 were the rotating design and were totally useless.
