Ordered 3 of these. 1 out of the 3 didnt work. I think it is the connection on the inside of the batter compartment. Be careful when putting in the batteries. Otherwise it works great especially for the nose and ears. Good product.Product Review: A Silent Need

I have used many different brands of rotary nose & ear trimmers, all of them frustrating to use because of their inability to trim closely and reach all the hairs. They eventually start pulling hairs instead of trimming and finally loose power. Phillips has revolutionized the trimming process with this new recessed trimmer technology. It's the closest thing to a razor I have found. The trimmer's angled shape helps to reach the hard to reach areas and trim as far back as you need. You can even use pressure to get as close as possible without a cut. I can trim my nose and ears in minutes and not have to touch up with scissors or plucking. Best product out on the market today.
