These are fine new cutting heads. However, I have in the past used a Vollco sharpener, which I just found in the drawer from my previous Norelco! Amazon also carries these (search Vollco Sharpening Heads For Select Norelco Models)and they are great, work like a charm to make your 'old' heads last 3-4x longer as long as you take care of them. I would suggest getting both a set of new heads and a sharpener set so that you can 1) sharpen your old heads to like new condition and then 2) have the backup of the new set for when you need them. My experience is that the re-sharpened heads dull just a bit faster than new originals and you really can only get a few sharpenings from them before they need replacing.Product Review: Great price & delivery

This was a great buy , less money than discount department stores. Extreme difference for the better in my razor. I thought my razor was cutting good and I was just in a hurry until I put in these new cutting heads. Guess I was wrong, these cutting heads are all the difference. Every store in town was sold out of the HQ8 razor heads before Christmas. Like so many other things, found it on Amazon and delivery was made in time. Good razor, good service from Amazon merchants.
