The shaver is excellent and after a year I knew it should have new heads.
I couldn't find the exact ones in the retail store so I bought the closest thing - wrong choice - they worked but it just did not do the same job as the originals.
So I got the right ones from Amazon - no shipping cost so it was actually cheaper than retail with taxes etc.
Into year three with the shaver I am getting like new performance.

These heads and a replacement battery transformed my almost 10-year-old 6885XL into a brand new shaver. I'm not an every day shaver, so I tend to get more life out of a blade than many folks. I have a 3-year old HQ6 and lately have got a rash on my chin/neck from some minor cuts. I replaced the heads easily after receiving these new heads. Instructions were easy to follow. The replacement heads ordered on line from Amazon arrived on the day promised. I have installed the blades and the razor shaves like new. It is a nine year old Norelco. Each year I replace the blades and experience a close, even shave--just like it was when the razor was new.
