It works very well, and doesn't get hot when I charge it. It can take care my hair perfectly. There are 9 choices of trimming level and it is enough, no need for too many choices like the other brands that can have as many as 14 levels. The shortcoming of this tool may be that it doesn't care where the cut hair should go. Many of the hair get stuck between the internal parts.Product Review: Flimsy meets inexpensive

I bought this for my brother after he misplaced his old conair. From opening the box it became clear why it was sold for the price it was and upon using it for the first time it broke. The plastic is very flimsy and of course once broken cannot be repaired. I've since dumped it and ordered another conair. I don't recommend this at all.. except of course if you're looking for something cheap.Product Review: G370

I used to just use scissors and try and trim but that was less then effective, especially when I cut myself with the scissors in the process. This is a great little product and I am very impressed with the quality. I was expecting something rather cheap for the 14+ paid, but to my surprise it is excellent!
