My husband really likes this shaver. It's his third Norelco, and the only brand of electric he's ever used. He finds that he doesn't get quite as close a shave using it "dry" (recommended by the manufacturer) as he did with his previous one that used a cream, but that's his only complaint. It's very smooth, quiet, and holds a charge for weeks!Product Review: Pretty nice shaver

I have been using the shaver for about 3 weeks and have been very pleased with the closeness of the shave. The only potential downside is that the shaver is much lighter and seems less well built than my older Norelco shavers. Hopefully this shaver will last as long as my other Norelco shavers. I bought this for my Dad, who nothing is ever good enough for...especially something that you actually have to pay money for. So, last month I asked him how the new razor was working, and got an "eh, it works ok, I've only been using it for a few weeks now, so, we'll see how it keeps up". Well, it's been a month now and I've had no complaining (it must work pretty good), no questions like "how do you turn this thing on?" (it must be easy to operate), and he has a clean, close shave almost every day I see him. It's a winner in my book!
