I received this shaver yesterday and today I got the best shave of my life with no skin irritation (I have sensitive skin.) At this price, I am not put off any of the complaints regarding charging time, frequency, etc. They sound just like my last one. Light weight and excellent feel. And quiet. Without my hearing aids, I could hardly tell it was on.
Don't pay any attention to the "low" charge light. I find that I can get a week of additional use before the battery is exhausted. Doing a complete discharge keeps the battery from developing a memory leak. I keep a throw-away blade razor in my shaving kit to cover an exhausted battery.

I am a regular Norelco 3-blade shaver. They vary in price a lot, but I have found the basic model works just fine.
Given the price, it is equal and/or cheaper to just buy a new razor every few years than go through the less than always successful effort to buy and replace the unit's blades with new ones.
