The Ab Strapes are no joke! I bought these about one week ago and let me tell you, I can normally pump out 100 crunches in a sitting but on this, I can only pump out 10 clean crunches. The idea of suspending your weight and using that on your abs is phenomenal. It comes with a work out guide but you can easily see that what they recommend as beginners is too hard.
The installation was quick and simple. About eight screws total. The bar is sturdy. I have no qualms. If you really want to get a good isolated workout, definitely buy these ab straps. They're well worth the price.
