Customer Review: Be careful if you also have acid reflux

I tried these BEFORE they were double enteric coated. They DO help to calm down IBS spasms BUT.....they seriously irritated my stomach and esophagus!! I also have acid reflux, so I think that is why. It was so bad I never used them again. In fact I would consider them dangerous to use if you have acid reflux as well as IBS. Like I said, I haven't tried the new ones so that might be different but be careful. Everything else Heather makes is wonderful and she has made a giant difference in the quality of my life. She knows more than my doctor! Follow her dietary guidelines and your IBS will turn around!
