I have yet to try it since nothing helps my headaches
I have tried everything else so I should try this

I'm a nursing student and I just started my clinical rotations at the Medical-Surgical unit. While I was excited about the experience, I knew my weaknesses. I knew that some smells (like those during surgery) might get to me and might cause me to pass out. My professor told me about peppermint oil and how it's utilized at most hospitals. I went ahead and ordered one small bottle and kept it in my pocket on my first day at the operating room. And I tell you, it was a life saver! I didn't pass out compared to a few of my classmates that did. Nowadays, I also use it for it's other things like headaches and colds. I'm so glad I found this product.Product Review: Low quality

This product is low potency. I have used doTerra which is twice as much but the strength is far greater. I wind up using four times the amount of this product to achieve not even close to the same results as doTerra. I was looking for a cheaper solution but you get what you pay for. Peppermint is a natural bug repleant. There are different grades. THis grade, I had to use alot, before it was effective. By then, I was sick of it. I am going hm, and there i will see how well it works in a peppermint-patty (he ha). I am also going to see how effective it is for childeren. Deet is to dangerious to use on my childeren.
