I like countless others have AcidRefluxDisease, and believe me, things like Pepcid are our friends. ARD is a really sucky thing to be born with, but it's things like this which allow us some relief. I'm on a prescription that works great, but sometimes when I eat an excessive amount of greasy,spicy, and saucy food, well that's when I reach for this. It stops the reflux fast so that I can get through the night. I definately recommend this. Bigtime baby!
