I have plantar fasciitis and love to go bearfoot around the house, this support lets me do that with less pain. I put it on as soon as I get out of bed and wear it around the house until I go out in a sneaker. I tried it with sneakers but it was too much, sometimes I get foot spasms, the sneaker is enough. I like the arch support it gives while not wearing a sneaker. Can wear it with a sandal too. Not the cutest thing in the world but it helps.
