I just purchased the Pedag Holiday 3/4 Orthotic Arch Supports and love them. I have major issues with severe pain in the ball of my foot and issues with my arches. I have a job that requires me to dress professionally and these orthotics are very thin and fit nicely into my dress shoes. Any other orthotics I have tried have been too bulky and have made my shoe fit uncomfortably. I highly recommend this orthotic. This is a nice insert for dress shoes. It's not bulky and offers enough support to get you through an evening. I haven't needed to wear the supports all day, so I can't comment on how that would work out.
