Customer Review: Good, but no instructions

These seem to work pretty well once you work out how to put them in. There were no instructions in the packaging explaining where in the shoe these are supposed to go so, thinking these were arch support, I put them in on the arch area. That felt wrong, so I went to the pedag website, but no information there either. What is on the website is a description of the area of the foot these are supposed to be in contact with (just below the ball of your foot, basically). I moved them to that area and have so far had good results. I did experience a little discomfort from time to time, but I suspect that has more to do with the fact that my feet are adjusting to them. I didn't have a problem with stickiness as the other reviewers mentioned, perhaps because the shoes I put them in have a felt-like insole. They do stick and hold in place well though.

T-FORM: T shaped metatarsal pad for moderate to severe flattened metatarsal arches. T-Form relieves burning and stinging. T-Form prevents condition worsening. White leather. Self Adhesive.
