It feels like you are walking on hard plastic - the leather is very tough and it was very uncomfortable. Moleskin works better for me.

DROP: Tear drop shaped metatarsal pad for the early stages of the onset of splayfeet. Symptoms include burning and stinging in the forefoot area. Drop keeps the metatarsal bones from spreading.
