Unit didn't work when I got it in. I almost sent it back. I decided to call Customer support and worked with a wonderful lady named Joanne. She asked me to rinse the unit out with hot water. Something I'd already tryed. Then she said to fill it just below the marker with tap water. I plugged it in and it's worked perfectly ever since. Joanne stayed on the phone step by step. I really love this thing now and am very happy I didn't return it. Please remember that distilled water sometimes doesn't work. If it doesn't try tap water. Loved it when I got it, and for the week it worked. I was OK with the small size, but really sorry when the lights kept going but the misting stopped. I'd suggest you look elsewhere. I'm going to.Product Review: Doesn't work!

Pearlessence Spa Mist Air Therapy Fountain MisterI received this and it worked for one day. I then requested a replaced from Amazon which they did at no charge. The replacement didn't work straight out of the box. I gave up on this product and returned it for a refund. I also advised Amazon that it seemed that a lot of people were having the same problem and that they might want to pull it from the web site. Customer Service was exceptional. To bad the product wasn't.Product Review: Excellent loved it so much brought 2 more.

This a is a great product and would recommen to anyone. Adults can use as I am or it can even be a soothing mister in a bay's room with the changing LCD lights.
