Our hot/cold microwave heating pads are portable, reusable and made to last. These hot packs are great bed warmers. They are safer because there are no electrical cords and the heat slowly dissipates so no chance of overheating.Our Natural Moist Heat Therapy Bags are great for sports injuries, arthritis pain, sore neck, muscle soreness, back pain, menstrual cramps, toothaches, ear aches, sinus pain, soft tissue injuries, and general muscle aches and pains.
Available in scented, with just a hint of clean, relaxing lavender for herbal aromatherapy, or unscented for those with allergies or other sensitivities.

Can be used hot from your microwave for moist heat, or cold from the freezer.
Microwave on high for 2 - 2 1/2 minutes (time will vary according to your microwave oven). Heat will last for up to 45 minutes.
Handle with care after heating. Hot spots can occur.
Store your pack in the freezer for immediate cold therapy, microwave for moist heat therapy. Storing your pack in the freezer will restore moisture to the natural seeds and provide you with therapeutic moist heat each time you use it.
Remove cover for heating and freezer storage.
