Product Reviews of Passion Natural Personal Lubricant Paraben Free, Glycerin Free Lube 2.2ozProduct Review: Will buy it again Summary: 4 Stars
I am so happy to find a "natural paraben free" lubricant. No manufacturers should be making anything these days with parabens! This is a clean liquid with very slight aroma, pleasant in nature, and stays on. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it becomes "jelly like" if the room temperature gets below 68 degrees. Then one must shake it real well and warm it between palms. If you don't do this, unfortunately it comes out in gobs. I will still purchase it again because I have peace of mind with the ingredient list...and it works well.
Product Review: Wonderful at first Summary: 3 Stars
I really loved this product at first. It is all natural and the coconut smell is fantastic. It also worked really well and I enjoyed using it with my partner. I felt safe using it on silicone toys which was a great feeling. After owning it about 6 months however, I didn't like it as well. The consistency changed and I could actually feel pieces of coconut in the liquid, which was weird. I finally just threw out the second half of the bottle. So, basically if you are gonna use it fast it is wonderful and I highly recommend it, but don't keep it too long.
Product Review: not so much a lube as a massage oil Summary: 3 Stars
What this "lube" might make more clear is, it's not condom-safe. Paraben-free, yes, that's good. But, it doesn't actually offer much lubrication, either. It smells of burned coconut oil. I'm guessing it was designed as a massage oil, and it might be good for that.
If you're allergic to paraben compounds, and don't mind smelling of coconuts, and don't need a condom-safe or particularly thick lube-- this is reasonably effective. I'd tend to recommend a silicone-based lube, instead. They're condom-safe and don't smell funny or have parabens or glycerin, either. But, Passion isn't a total loss. Who knows, a massage oil might come in handy some time.
