Product Review: Replacement parts are worse than worn parts

I don't think Panasonic has any control on the quality of replacement parts made by third parties. I replaced both the foil and blades on my shaver one year after purchasing new razor from Amazon but the performance of the parts was complete disappointment. I expected the razor to perform 'like new' but I felt that performance was actually worse than with worn parts. Thanks to Amazon's great return policy, I am going to return these and put the olds one back on the razor. New life for a razor. It was easy to order through amazon, replace and now use. Feels like I have a brand new electric razor. I also did not have to go through studies to find the best new razor to get.
At first I was not sure this would work with th razor model I found, but it did.

As other reviewers have stated, replacing these components make it a new razor. I replaced the foil and blades about 6 months ago, and the razor is still performing like new. I too noticed a marked decrease in razor noise.
I'm now ordering more of these kits to keep in stock.
Product Review: Wrong product for my razor

This Panasonic foil and blade set ordered in January was sold as being compatible with my razor. It is not, although I couldn't tell until I'd removed from the blister pack. Differences are subtle but critical. Unfortunately I didn't open the package until yesterday when I decided it was really time to replace the old parts. Too late for full refund.
I notice that the current description for this replacement part more clearly identifies the units it works with. Maybe someone else had a similar problem?
