I have the Panasonic Vortex Nano HydraClean System II - Silver shaver and these replacement cartridges are just what the doctor ordered.
My original one that came with lasted a while (few months, I don't shave every day). They leave it looking and feeling like new, and completely disinfected to prevent ugly razor burn or infections.
Works great, and the subscription option is neat. Why pay shipping when you don't have to, and can receive these every few months at an additional 15% discount. Thanks Amazon since the store I bought this razor doesn't sell the replacements!!! absurd

I can see why some reviewers talk about doing something else, that this is a ripoff. And to a degree I agree, if you used this all the time, then you're wasting money.
I wash mine with liquid soap most of the time, then every couple weeks run it through a run with these, so my cartridges last me for months.
I do as recommended by the manufacturer for self cleaning, where you run a line of liquid soap across the top of the razor, drop water drop by drop slowly around it (I just get my hands wet and hold my fingers pointing down so water drips), and let it foam up. Does a great job of foaming up the little bits of hair out of it that you don't get out just taking it apart and brushing it out and running water in it when it runs. Then, after it's done foaming, I just run it under fast running water, then take the top off and run it a little more, then let it air dry.
And that works well most of the time but it just runs better after I put it through a cycle with these every few months. So for me, it's not a ripoff since in addition to my own cleaning, using these has kept my razor running great and hasn't cost me much at all.
