Product Review: Too good to be true!

After a very serious hospitalization, I bought this monitor and had it overnighted. The reviews on Amazon were great, I loved the features and started using it as soon as it arrived. I thought my fluctuating BP's were a result of my illness, but when I took it to my doctors office, we spent almost 2 hours trying to get 2 readings that were even close to the professional one at my doctors, it never happened. She told me to return it because it was worthless to me and said to get a different design because with this type of cuff it is very unlikely to get an accurate fit and the fit is critical to getting accurate results.
I'm sure there must be some people that this monitor will work for but I don't believe it's worth the risk. If you're concerned enough about your health to get a home monitoring device, why would you risk one so undependable? Close could be deadly.

I found this to be what I was looking for. All I have to do is stick my arm in the sleeve and it does the rest. Easy er than the others on the market. The price was great with the rebate. I am glad I bought it. I think I may have sold a few since everyone I meet I tell how eases it is to use.Product Review: not very portable

works well, you do have to watch out you dont block the sensor, done it a few times. When picking unit up I sometimes activate the on/off button by accident. Not nearly as portable from one location to another compared to a foldable cuff unit. Very nice feature that you can have two persons use the unit and it keeps your bp's seperate. Nice feature that you can take the read out unit with you. I like this unit but it is a bit clumsy if your going to be moving it around.
