I compared this product for accuracy on a visit to the physicians office and it worked well. Just place an arm inside and it does the rest, as it's extremely easy to operate. You don't have to be concerned about wrapping anything about your arm as it self-adjusts according to the arm girth.Product Review: Awesome design, poor reading

The 3152W Blood Pressure machine works great. I really like its ease of use. I don't know how long the batteries will last on it but it has a 110 hook up.
