I am sure manual monitors give more accurate results. For some reason, I was under the impression that this one would be a better one, but I am very disappointed. I have to take my blood pressure at least twice to get results which are closer to reality, otherwise I would think that I am dead or getting there: 143/45, 128/43 etc. Future buyers, beware.Product Review: good one-touch equipment

I bought this one for my mum. It was cheap and easy to use. you would like it if You don't want have to have too many functions, you just want to have enough. The one-touch design really suits the old people. And it's really easy to use.Product Review: modest one

If you are looking for a low priced, click and view B.P device, Panasonic EW3106W Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor is what i recommend. Its been 1 month that i have purchased this product for my Dad. It has got no problems wat so ever, but readings for right arm differes very much from that of the left arm.
I cannot say if it is right or wrong, as i do not have any idea abt how it works. But, one thing for sure, it perfectly matched the readings of traditional stethoscope with hand-pump meter.
A small advice from me is that, better go with Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor rather than wrist Blood Pressure Monitor as the readings for the later are inconsistent from what i have observed.
