I've owned the Panasonic wrist BP monitor for 2 years and unfortunately - I haven't found it to be a very accurate device. Positioning of your arm is critical to getting a good reading - however, I found that an immediate comparison with a cuff type device (upper arm cuff), showed the readings on the Panasonic to be inaccurate by a wide margin. It took me awhile to figure out that the readings were wrong - and it caused me to delay starting BP medicine when I really needed it. I'd reccomend a cuff type model in place of this.Product Review: Excellent Product

Works like it is supposed to. I already bought three and gave them as gifts. Everyone is happy with it. I checked it for accuray against my other large blood pressure monitor, and I get the same readings. I also took it to my last doctors office visit nd checked it against theirs, also close in accuracy. Does what it is meant to do.Product Review: Just as advertised

I am very pleased with this monitor. It easily handles my 7 ½ inch wrist, and can do much more. Compared reading at my doctor's office with the standard arm unit. It was very close, just a few under on the upper side, consistently. Thought batteries would drain fast, but this will do about 300 readings with one set of alkaline batteries. Keeps two separate histories, so it can work for two people. A very good unit.
