I have been using for 4 mounts. It is very useful for me while traveling, but 5 mount later I want to use another part (Eyebrow blade)of this tool there was no in the box. I bought this tool When I was in Atlanta, but now I am in Turkey. I think Panasonic hear me and send it as soon as possible.

Being menopausal, I fortunately was spared the hot flashes (at least so far)but not the facial hair. UGH!! I was using razors almost every day until I realized I'd make it easier on myself and get a women's shaver. I went on Amazon, put it in the shopping cart and saw the page of recommended items where I saw this. I read the reviews which were highly favorable so I deleted the shaver and bought this instead. I'm so glad I did. Though a lot of the reviews mention "peach fuzz",but being dark haired, I don't have "peach fuzz", but dark facial hair. This does a great job in removing it. I did notice that if it doesn't seem to be working going one way, use a different direction. Of all my 2008 purchases from Amazon, this is the one I'm the most happy with. I usually do threading to remove my facial hair and keep this product around for quick touch-ups. The groomer doesn't irritate my skin and does the job than other similar groomers I've owned. But a couple things. First, the exchangeable trimmers are small, kind of flimsy, and easy to lose -- it would be nice if the groomer came with a case as mentioned in the manual. Also, I wish this thing was quieter -- it could be a lot worse, but the whir of the motor feels a little too loud when I'm surreptitiously trying to trim my 'stache.Product Review: AMAZZZZING!!!!

Excellent product. Cleans up my eyebrow hairs perfectly. And leaves my skins very soft as if I went and gotten it waxed. I am very pleased with this product and recommend it!!!
