I had high expectations, but disappointed overall:
- hair removal takes much, much longer than with a simple, one (longer) spinning head epilator - this is due to the short spinning heads.
- hair stuck in the spinning head which is very hard to remove (it's also due to the small head)
Pros:
- in wet application the hair removal is surprisingly painless (which is very good!!!)
- no red dots after wet hair removal
I gave 3 stars, because the time is really an issue for me
