My husband has used Norelco for the fifty-nine years I have known him, and has never been satisfied with Norelco. He says that the first time he used the Panasonic ES-LA93-K shaver was also the first time he ever got a really close and totally comfortable shave. He says, "I shave dry, I shave wet, in the shower or out, with only water or with a shave cream, it doesn't seem to make any difference, it's always a wonderful, close shave." No negatives, though he does not clean the shaver with the little cleaner, preferring to do the whole thing by hand. It's not that much noisier than the Norelco, but the speed of the Panasonic more than makes up for the increase in sound. And I enjoy the ultra-smooth feel of his skin after the shave, with no five-o-clock shadow at all! Thank you, Amazon, for offering this razor to us.
