I have owned this trimmer for many years but dropped it recently and needed to replace it. The previous one was excellent. The new one is the same model but with a different type of internal trimmer. It is absolutely useless. I am keeping it for the motorized end and because I saved the internal trimmer from the one I dropped. Don't waste your money on this one. Use the kitchen scissors or a pocket knife. The "ER" in the name should stand for the Emergency Room. Take it there at once. I have an older Panasonic unit that still works, and it's 100 X's better than this one.Product Review: Poor performance.
