Product Review: Nice cost/benefit ratio

After a long search, I bought Panasonic ER224S Trimmer to replace my old broken trimmer. The reasons I bought this one: 1) the Trimmer looks nice in the pictures, 2) It has good reviews, 3) It is rechargeable and 4) It is a Panasonic (a reliable company). Since I just shave once a week, I though it was a good product to try.
The Trimmer arrived in a nice and safe package. My first impression as soon as it arrives was that it is far from being a Panasonic.
Goods:
1) It is light and relatively small. Perfect for traveling.
2) It is pretty silent and recharges quickly.
3) It works for both beard/mustache and head.
4) It is washable and easy to clean (oil and brush are provided).
Bads:
1) It looks cheap-plastic made (it is terrible).
2) The trimmer combo is hard to remove(it looks like its gonna break if you try harder).
3) The height adjustment system looks loose and it seems it is gonna change the height of the trimmer combo when you use it. Although it did not do this so far.
4) The instruction manual is almost useless, with small letters and it is hard to follow. I would like to check if the manual explain how to remove the combo, for example, and just couldn't.
In conclusion, It has a good cost/benefit ratio. However, I would not recommend this product for every day use.

The product is really worth buying, easy to work with. The only problem i face was, it may pull the hair causing pain while directly using without the outer comb.

Don't recommend it for cutting a full head of hair. Ideal for trimming. Does not cut hair very well and the problem with cutting full head of hair with it is that the hair builds up very quickly in the plastic guard and then it's a pain to remove the hair. It just doesn't cut hair very well; you have to press down firmly and go over same spot multiple times. Again, can't recommend this for cutting full head of hair, just for trimming.Product Review: Not good for lots of hair

This clipper is well-designed and easy to use. A nice feature is the lock on the depth setting that engages when it is turned on. However, its depth setting is useless when I try to cut a long beard back to a more trimmable length. The close-spaced teeth collect the hair and shield the cutter from any further action after the first sweep.Product Review: Not that great

I've used this trimmer only twice, but my initial opinion will lead me to return it. When trimming my moustache, it's nearly impossible to get the areas close under the nose.
I used it to cut my sons hair, but it kept binding up and pulling his hair. I ultimately gave up and returned to the old Oster clippers I have. They buzzed right through with no problem.
I'll be sending this item back.
