Product Reviews of Panasonic EH2351AC Heated Eyelash Curler, BlueProduct Review: This is the one. Summary: 5 Stars
I have used the lash curler from Sephora for some time but had to keep buying them because the casing always ended with a tiny crack which prevented good contact with the battery. So far the Panasonic has been great and seems to have a more secure connection.
Product Review: Took time to get used to, but definitely love the final result Summary: 5 Stars
I'm Asian, and had medium length lashes for an Asian. I tried using this eyelash curler, but didn't like the preliminary result (didn't curl enough, took too long to heat up and curl each day) enough to stop using my regular shu uemura eye lash curler. I've been using Latisse for the past 4 months, and my lashes are notably longer (for an Asian).
Just for yucks, I tried the heated eyelash curler again, and it worked much better with longer lashes. Because my lashes are fairly long now, using the regular eye lash curler leaves notable crimps in my lashes, and they really do curl up way too much (they tend to point straight up with normal eye lash curlers). The Panasonic heated eyelash curler, however, gives me a soft, natural look to my lashes.
I use the heated eyelash curler PRIOR to putting on my mascara. Using mascara after the fact does NOT at all change the natural, soft curl achieved by the heated eyelash curler. I can see how this item would not work for everyone, but I'm sold on it enough to purchase another one for a friend!
Product Review: Works Great! Summary: 5 Stars
This curler works great! I don't have to use a regular curler any more. I am buying this for my family and friends. It's too good not to share.
Product Review: Works great and the curl lasts Summary: 4 Stars
If I were stranded on a desert island and could only take one item of makeup, it would be an eyelash curler. I've tried 'em all. This one is my favorite. This doesn't create an angled crimp on your lashes like some of the other heated curlers I have used. And it doesn't pull out lashes like the metal curlers can. The Panasonic eyelash curler works much better than the Blinc model, which has the same design. Perhaps this is because the Panasonic's curling platform is broader. This allows a greater sweep of the lashes and it's easy to hold for 3 seconds (as directed) to create the curl. Also, I had some trouble with my mascara kind of melting after using the Blinc, and that hasn't happened with this curler, despite what seems to be a hotter temperature. [It does heat up quite a bit, but although I have touched my lids numerous times with the device, I have never burned them.]
I also love the snap-on cap, which keeps the curler from getting accidentally turned on while in my purse, and therefore saves battery life.
The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is that I still use the cheap drugstore metal curler before applying my mascara, and use this one after my mascara dries.
Product Review: Works great! Summary: 5 Stars
This is the best heated eyelash curler I've ever used! I was having a problem with traditional eyelash curlers - they were just bending my lashes. With this heated lash curler, my eyes look so much more open and my lashes look so much longer. I use it before applying mascara and then again after I apply mascara and my lashes hold a curl all day long. Really makes a big difference in how much longer my lashes look.
