Pamper's Swaddlers are the best... I worked as an infant teacher in a child care center and found them to be the best for dry bottoms, preventing leaks, and catching those nice BM's babies are so famous for... When my daughter was born I was glad to see that the hospital provided Pampers Swaddlers... once we came home I was quick to research costs being on a very limited budget.. Pampers were the best cost wise especially when buying in the Economy Plus Pack from Amazon.com... the free shipping was another money saver... and the pampers arrived even before the ship date that they told me in the confermation e-mail....
Pampers Swaddlers have held up to everything my daughter has been able to dish out to them... even after sleeping 9 hrs in the same diaper her bottom was dry when I removed the diaper... even her biggest and runniest BM's have stayed nicely within the confines of the diaper....

I'll make this short and to the point. We were given different samples and gifts of diapers so we ended up trying Luvs, Huggies and a few other misc brands along witn Pampers Swaddlers. The Pampers Swaddlers rarely leak, the others did. There is no comparion in our opinion between the Pampers Swaddlers and anything else we tried. Paying a few cents more for the Pampers Swaddlers is well worth it since it saves us the time it takes to change his outfits after a pee\poo disaster and it means less laundry and laundry costs! Plus we also signed up at pampers.com and they randomly send us coupons. We will never use another brand of diaper for our son.Product Review: Easy Diaper Purchase

I bought 1 box of Size 1 Swaddlers in the 216 quantity count and it was the perfect amount for size one. (I know that all babies grow at different rates - but this worked for us!) It was nice not having to run out for diapers all the time!Product Review: Excellent

These diapers rock. We tried other brands, and had all sorts of awful leaks. Nary a leak with these. The extra stay dry layer makes cleaning pee a breeze.
Cons - opening the box is tough, I managed to cut myself once on a sharp edge. They are lightly fragranced, good to know for the allergic.
