Product Reviews of Pampers Swaddlers Sensitive Diapers, Size 2, 152 Count

Product Review: Blue line
Summary: 5 Stars

For all the new parents who tried diapers with the blue indicator while in hospital and couldn't find the same feature in a retail product - this is it.

Product Review: Caused eczema, itching and rash for our 5 month old!
Summary: 1 Stars

Our daughter has beautiful porcelain skin! I love the regular Pampers and bought these in the size two so we could keep using the wetness indicator (why doesn't Pampers do this with all their sizes I want to know). When our daughter started wearing them, I couldn't help but notice that the scent was overwhelming. It would be enough to wake ME up in the middle of the night! She also started having trouble sleeping and would be kicking her legs and squirming as though something was hurting her. At about day five, she started scratching her belly, her legs and the top of her head. At about day seven, she developed an eczema rash on her mid belly and her fussiness and inability to sleep was getting worse. She was also rubbing her eyes constantly as well.

Finally, I did a bit of research and decided to stop using these. I gave her a bath and put fresh clothes on her and a cloth diaper and she had instant relief. Then she had a three hour nap (after days of NO napping!). She also started sleeping through the night again! By day two of not using them, all the symptoms were gone and she was back to normal.

I felt so bad because we thought she was teething and were giving her tylenol to no avail. I am going to write to Pampers and let them know.

Product Review: Causing Severe Rashes
Summary: 1 Stars

I've been purchasing diapers from Amazon for almost 5-6 months now.During the last two sets of diapers I've received, there has been something going wrong. I assumed that my kid was just getting diaper rashes, but the rash started growing. Initially, using a diaper rash cream kept it under control, but now after going to a doctor and trying 2 different kinds of creams, it was still not under control.

We switched to cloth diapers for 2 days and everything is under control and without the use of diaper rash cream. It is either these two batches of diapers from Pampers or may be just the diapers that Amazon is selling.

Just be cautious and look out when you get this product.

Update: I've moved to a generic brand from Walmart and everything is fine. I tried Pampers again just to see if it was a random thing any my kid got back the rashes.

Product Review: Dependable
Summary: 4 Stars

We use these exclusively for disposables (with some Fuzzibuns interspersed) but only because in the beginning we liked having the wetness indicator and we've just stuck with the brand. Every once in a long while the don't contain the mess, but I'm sure that would happen with any brand. I remember trying Huggies and they seemed to work well too. Both are a relief after the first few months trying cloth diapers exclusively and having a lot of big messes to clean up. When we made the switch we tried to anticipate when our baby would poop and use the disposables then but still use recyclables at safer times of the day.

Product Review: Diapers
Summary: 5 Stars

This purchase was for my granddaughter. I also purchased Swaddlers for my grandson, who is 3. There is no comparison on the market. Swaddlers are soft, absorbent and the price on Amazon is excellent. and easy.
