Pampers swaddlers are the best diapers; and we have tried Earth's Best and Huggies as well. We found that Pampers swaddlers are softer and have a higher back than the other kinds. Earth's Best tend to get hard when they are full whereas Pampers stays soft. I would highly recommend these diapers. We have used sized N thru 3.Product Review: Best Diapers EVER!!

This are the greatest diapers. NO rashes, no leaks and just great. Why they just don't make all diapers like this is beyond me. We are know into size 3 and I can't find them anywhere. Pampers is really blowing it because they would steal the market share if they would make these for bigger kids. These are the only diapers I prefer to use on my 3 month old who is still getting only breastmilk. So far I've tried these, Cruisers with Drymax (shudders), Baby Dry and Huggies Snug n' Fit, and also Seventh Generation (which were ok but not quite as good in my opinion). Baby dry is good but better for babies with firmer stools. The mesh lining in the Swaddlers helps keep the runny breastmilk stool from leaking. I would NOT recommend the Swaddlers with Drymax (see my review on Cruisers).
Helpful hint- make sure to pull the tabs in tightly to create a seal around the legs- these diapers are very adjustable for different leg sizes but if you don't remember to pull them tight you could get leakage out the legs. Other than that these don't leak often- the back is nice and high to prevent this.
I haven't tried the Huggies Little Snugglers but I tried another model of Huggies Diaper and didn't like them because they smelled strongly of urine every time my daughter peed just a little bit (and I can't be changing her diaper every 20 minutes obviously). I don't know if Little Snugglers has this issue or not.

Best & softest diapers...too bad only up to size 2. My baby is 4 month old and is already almost 18 lbs. She'll need bigger size soon. I would hate to look for different type of diaper for her. She does not get rashes in the Swaddlers Sensitive.Product Review: Best diapers your baby can have

A little pricey, but well worth it. I did lot of research before purchasing this, and now patting by back that I found the best choice.
pro:
* Wetness indicator is very useful, especially in night, when you don't have much energy to open diaper and check for wetness every hour.
* Never leaked
* Never experienced diaper rashes.
* Remains very dry, and baby asleep even after wetness indicator changes color hours ago.
* Baby is very happy with this diaper, and so are we the parents.
*Size is good, and can easily go from 12-18 lb (may be up to 20 lb)
cons:
- There is no size 3. I am worried that it will be very difficult to find equally good diapers once my baby grows up to more than 18-20 lb. But I can't reduce STAR/rating for that :)
