This product is strange, and not as good as the ones we purchased from the same product line. It has little white threads-like things erected on the inner-line that apparently bothered baby's skin. My daughter has had a bad rash. Try one with little quantity (such as 40-pack) first with this product to see if it works without problem to your little one.Product Review: top of the top

Pampers swaddlers...Yes, they are expensive but you will go through less of them as they are far more absorbent than any of the leading brands. I like to think of them being "pharmaceutical grade" while other brands are "over the counter". Our newborn son had a butt rash for over two weeks, and after switching to swaddlers, within 2 days it was almost completely gone. We attribute this to the dry weave found in the diaper. It really, really works. Sure, the high cost might be eating into his college fund, but if it means Mommy and Daddy get to sleep for more than 3 hours at a time, it's worth it. Plus, I'm sure this will pay off by not having to spend a small fortune at the plastic surgeon to remove premature aging from lack of sleep. Give 'em a shot. I love this product! The mesh liner helps to keep liquid and solid waste from my baby's skin. My only complaint - its hard to find the large boxes in stores; seems only to be available online but its well worth ordering online. Other complaint - its not available for babies greater than 22-lbs but until my son reaches that weight I will continue to use swaddlers exclusively.Product Review: Easy Diaper Purchase

I bought 1 box of Size 1 Swaddlers in the 216 quantity count and it was the perfect amount for size one. (I know that all babies grow at different rates - but this worked for us!) It was nice not having to run out for diapers all the time!
