My item was delievered quickly and I didn't have a problem with the seller but the item itself was disappointing. In a pack of 3, one worked, one didn't and one only works marginally well. I can't find these in the store anymore and I really liked the one I had so I oredered it online. I was disappointed in the performance of the product.
