Product Review: Endurox R4 recovery drink

I bought this product as I was starting a new high intensity regime lasting 6 days of the week and I didnt want to burn myself out. It does what it says on the box. Aids recovery after strenuous exercise... especially in the half hour prior to the workout as this is when your muscles absorb most nutrients and vitamins to aid recovery. The Lemon and Lime flavour is nice. Its not salty tasting like some other recovery drinks. All in all its pretty refreshing after an hour or two at the gym.Product Review: Endurox used to be awesome, now it's even better

I've relied on Endurox for several years to provide good rehydration and recovery when embarking on exercise for longer than 4 or 5 hours at a time and liked the Lemon Lime flavor, even if it was a little odd. Having a serving of Endurox after a long ride or hike made a huge difference for my recovery and I always paid the price when I didn't have it. However, the new chocolate flavor is amazing - it's nearly as good as chocolate Quik with whole milk when you just mix it with water. With the old flavors I knew I should drink the stuff for my own good, but now I simply want to drink it all the time because it's delicious!!Product Review: Good Stuff

I have been using this post work out drink for about a month now. Although I don't think it's a miracle product, for a recovery drink, it's definitely worth the cash. Especially when you're just starting to work out or really long running days this product seems to work the best. It actually tastes decent. There isn't too much recovery drinks targeted towards endurance running so this seems to be the best thing out there that's not too pricey.
