product is good but I have problem with the company.I bought 3 scopes directly from the comapany last year ,one of them is not working.I e-mailed them to help me with their life time warranty and they never even replied,hence I bought throgh you Amazon in case I have a problem.I do not trust them

I purchased a halogen otoscope from Dr. Mom Otoscopes and I had a problem with it which turned out to be a bad bulb. I contacted Dr. Mom and they offered the upgrade to the Professional LED scope which I accepted. This scope is great and I would like to thank the company for taking care of the problem with the first scope. Great product!Product Review: wonderfull item

This is the otoscope I was looking for a long time. I use it about every day to check ear wax in my expense hearing aids. What's $90.00 to a Four thousand pair of hearing aids. It helps me keep the aids clean.....Thank You......
