Product Review: poor customer service

I love Lydia Pickham but the problem is I have not received this product and i have received no help when i emailed the company. It is 4 bottles of Lydia Pickham. The cost was $61.16 that has already been taken out of my account and i have NOTHING to show for it. I am extremely frustrated w/this company and will not be ordering from Amazon until this matter is resolved. This to me is very poor customer relations. They did send an e-mail on confirmation of delivery but it DID NOT arrive! I am having the post office investigate the confirm. # that was sent to me. I dont feel it is their responsibility. This company dropped the ball!! Not a good thing!!!

I have been using Lydia Pinkham on and off for the past 25 years and it works just as well if not better than any pain medicine you would get off the shelf from the drug store for relieving cramps and other symptoms of PMS, plus it's natural. I highly recommend it for anyone with these issues.
