These strips are simple enough to use alright, but reading them is next to impossible. The color shade variations are so similar you can barely tell one from the other. How you match the strip to which shade is what makes it impossible. Most people can't tell a difference from one shade to the next. So unless you are the highest end or the lowest end, you won't be able to determine how acidic your body is because all the shades inbetween are too close to tell.Product Review: Easy to use

These were the only ones I could find that started at the lowest PH without buying a monitor. The ones at our health store didn't even start out in the 4's. We are using them for TTC and they are working great to keep track of our PH. They are the strips wit the two indicators on them and not the one indicator like it is pictured but for me they are still easy to use.Product Review: Easy to use

Ph = 5.2! Saliva, tap water, mineral water, distilled water commercially guaranteed to have
Ph between 6.5 and 7.5... everything!
I threw them out and bought another brand that actually worked.
