I have bi-focals and was having problems with the normal distance from computer to monitor. Tried these on at the store, at the usual distance, and they really seemed to work. Took them home, and they actually help a lot! Only thing I dislike is that if you tilt your head back they slide back. A clip on version would probably solve that problem.
