Customer Review: Side tying, but NOT side opening!

The shipping was terrific! For 'standard' delivery, the two gowns arrived in only two days in a Priority USPS envelope. But I'm disappointed. I'm having kidney surgery on my right side and looked all over for a side-tying hospital gown. I assumed tieside meant that the gown opened and tied on both sides. I didn't realize it was a back-closing gown that wrapped around the body to tie on one side. However, the gown was very roomy and the tranquility pattern was a pleasant variation on a theme.
P.S. The company contacted me and promised to revise their description for clarity. I'm impressed by the prompt reply and personal attention given to my concerns. The five-star rating is for the quality of customer service. Thank you! It is much appreciated!
