I can not believe I paid $23 for this. It does not work for any kind of itch relief. The metal dot heats up but is barely noticeable... I would say more like "lukewarm bathwater" temperature. It needs to get a lot hotter than that to destroy the proteins that the bug injected. I've tried a similar product years ago, but it actually worked because it got up to a hot temperature! What a waste... spend your money elsewhere.
