Customer Review: After all these years, still a bad grip!
Summary: 3 Stars
First of all, the product is needlessly very noisy. But my main disappointment is in the mechanism by which the hand is inserted for use. Instead of wire springs, why not nylon/velcro straps. This would be much more effective and a lot more comfortable. I may very well try this myself. Nothing to loose because I find the product too uncomfortable in its grip mechanism to make it worth the subsequent demise of a warrenty!
If you ever get around to fixing this problem corporately, let me know.
