I give this prouduct an A. And the shipping company also gets an A.. Very fast shipping...nicely packaged. So far it feels great!..I bought it to cut my little guys hair. the only issue is prices for the blades which run about 20 dollars to 35 dollars...but its worth the investment if you r gonna buy clippers like this...you might as well buy quality blades to use it with... This thing is a horse and I am so glad I bought it. I have been giving myself haircuts for almost 10 years and have always used the "StoreMart" brand clippers that come in a $20 kit. After having gone through about five of these kits in the last 10 years, I finally decided to get a good set of clippers. Found this online, read the other reviews, and bit the bullet.
I have to say that this thing is amazing. When you turn it on, the first thing you notice is the sound. Not a buzzing "hum" like the other cheap versions, but a machine-like whirl. After reading that these are used for all day salon use, I think it will hold up to my head twice a week.
I wish it had come with a protective case or pouch, but I'll get over it.

I just love these clippers. I put the 000 blade in place (pain to do and I needed a screwdriver to keep the springy hinge open when inserting the blades, but I had no idea what I was doing... Heh!). With the 3/4 inch and the 1/2 inch combs (VERY easy to change), I can cut my hair myself with a definite professional look. My hair is a lot shorter than I used to cut it but it is worth it as the clippers do such a nice job. Even one handed behind my back, I can just buzz away and be done in minutes. The ONLY challenge is to slightly taper the 1/2 inch sides with the 3/4 inch top but I mastered that the third time I tried.
I did my son's curly hair and again, went very quickly and with a precise hair length. SO much easier than using hand tapering.
Very sharp and even cuts. I have NO idea how anyone can find fault with the way it cuts. The 000 trims the back like a scalpel and can be used to shave the hair off of the back of the neck.
Negatives? The cord is stiff so it has a tendency to sweep things off of the counter (goodbye dixie cup holder!). Loud? Quieter than my old clippers, that's for sure. Clipper warms up but is never uncomfortably hot (of course, I do not use it all day but still). Switch is on the bottom so it take two hands to turn off. My one and only blade change was a pain.
Great clippers, highly recommended.

My Classic 76 has already paid for itself in the short time I have had it. I *love* this thing, I can keep my hair extremely tight all the time without having to leave the house. Very happy, wish I'd have bought one years ago. Anybody with a buzz cut should own one, these things are awesome.
