While I love the original McKenzie lumbar roll (I have one at the office and at home), it's a little too large for use while driving, so this is an excellent alternative. It would also work well for anyone who finds the regular size too uncomfortable or awkward to use.Product Review: Lumbar support

If you need a lot of lumbar support, this will work out great for you. It is a little too much for me (5 feet tall) which is why I am only giving it 4 stars. I feel half of it would have been just right. Also, the strap that attaches to the chair or waist is okay, but I would have preferred a metal clasp rather than the plastic. I don't feel the teeth hold onto the strap well enough for a good, solid grip.Product Review: Recommended
