Product Review: easy to use, careful with some of the attachments

All 3 of my kids have had ear problems so I am very careful about checking their ears. This otoscope has a decent light and different sized viewing "funnels". They all work fine but I would caution against using the long, thin one with toddlers. I've found that it can go too deep in the ear, quite to my 3 yr old's discomfort! I only use the shallow, large bore funnel now.Product Review: product does the job

This was ordered for a nurse on our staff who wanted an instrument for home use, but did not want to pay for a professional quality otoscope. She liked it so much she uses it in her work now and has ordered another one for home. Several of our other nurses have also ordered this as they say the view is as good as the professional units but that they prefer this unit because of its smaller size and lighter weight.
