I cannot give a fair review of this product as I'm not sure if it helped or not. I paired it with Fenugreek and unfortunately did not see much of a change. Possible it was just my body though... May be helpful for others.Product Review: Really Works

I tried this tea because I was unable to pump at work for about one month and needed to increase my milk production after I saw it went down. After just two days of taking two cups per day--one in the morning and one at night--I saw a great difference in my milk production. I am very satisfied with this product! By the way, the taste is not bad at all, it didn't even need sugar. I've had to drink worse-tasting teas.Product Review: Seems to really work

It seems to help a little, but doesn't have as much of an effect as I seem to get by cooking with fenugreek seeds. The taste is pleasant and gives me a little lift, so I plan to continue for now.Product Review: Still not sure

I have only used this product for a few days and have also only gotten it down a couple times a day. (Your supposed to get between 3 and 5 cups a day) But so far I have noticed a slight increase in milk production. I have a 5 month old and have started noticing a decrease in milk. The taste is not very good at all, actually I would say the smell is worse than the taste. However increasing my milk supply is far more important to me than the taste or smell of the tea! I plan on trying to get atleast 3 cups down a day from now on and hope for a little more milk to come in so I can have some stored up.
