This tea helped me increase my milk supply when I was running just a little low. I was up to 5 cups for a while, and needed to switch to fenugreek drops, but the tea definitely boosted my supply, especially before I went back to work. One suggestion: don't drink Mother's Milk Tea before bed if your child sleeps well at night--you will wake up engorged the next morning!Product Review: Mother's Milk Review

I had purchased this on a whim just to give it a try and I went from producing 2oz every 4 hours to 5oz every 2 hours, easily!!!! If you're not producing a lot of milk, its definitely worth the price to try it. The tea's taste is not the best, but you'll do it for your little one because he/she is worth it. Just add a little honey and it makes a world of difference for better taste.
